Ultimate Fitness

Start taking Ultimate Fitness and you will see dramatic results quickly! Your body will get the workout of a lifetime! This is the Trainer's choice for a full-body workout. From ropes, to squats, to mountain climbers, and burpees, every class will different and every class will rock your muscles. Love that sore feeling and see a change in your body. Women and men, of all ages and abilities, this is the class for you. Whether you’re in top shape or just starting to workout, this class will push you beyond what you thought you could do and the hard work will pay off in a healthier, leaner you. 

Cardio Boxing

Ever wonder why boxers are in such great shape? High intensity high heart rate training that we’ve replicated in this class. Whether you’re a stay at home mom or a professional fighter, this class is for you. Bag work, mitt work, speed & agility/foot work/ladder work.

Body Sculpt

Similar to our Ultimate Fitness but with a primary focus on arms, abs, and glutes! 

Strength and Conditioning

An intense circuit workout that covers the 10 components of fitness – cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Every workout uses weights our coaches ensure proper techniques to improve your overall performance.

Cardio Kickboxing

A full on arms and legs workout with Muay Thai techniques. A high intensity class sure to lean your lower body while toning and lengthening your muscles.

We’ve combined two of our customer favorite classes into one! Come out for this power hour of Ultimate Fitness and Cardio Boxing! Instructors Chuck and David have teamed up to bring you a fun fast workout. Take your stress out on the boxing bags! Jump higher on those burpees! Go home happy!

Power Boxing

Get ready to pump your heart rate up while working with light-weight dumbells, punching the bags and working on your speed and agility through ladders.

Teens Ultimate Fitness (7-12th Grade)
