Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)
BJJ is a competitive Martial Art which focuses on dominant positions and submissions (chokes and joint locks). In class you can expect a warm up followed by a takedown technique (Judo/Wrestling) and drilling of 2-3 positions/submissions on the ground. After drilling there are timed sessions of live training where students can test and practice the techniques they learn in class.
BJJ Classes Offered:
Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) is the national sport of Thailand which is known as the “art of eight limbs” because of the use of hands, elbows, knees, and feet. Not only is Muay Thai the most reliable and practical self-defense standing up, it also offers a great cardio conditioning workout. You will train like a fighter, punching and kicking the pads and bags while getting one of the best workouts of your life.

Everyone from elite athletes to supermodels have long been touting the benefits of boxing as a complete body workout. Allowing you to develop superior upper body strength, quickness and agility, cardiovascular fitness, and improved posture through sparring, agility work, and bag work. Our boxing classes are great for all ages and fitness levels. Our classes focus on specific techniques and drills. Boxing is also a great form of stress relief. You’ll get an intense workout and improve your core strength all at the same time. This class is open to competition level boxers.
