FITCLUB is a functional strength training gym with personal strength and conditioning training, small group training and ultimate fitness classes.  With nearly 100 years of experience between our staff, we are rooted in the fundamentals of human biomechanics making sure each client is trained properly towards their goals.  Our clientele ranges from athletes looking to take their game to the next level, all the way to pre/post rehabilitation clients looking for better quality of life and movement.
